Thank you for submitting your property details! Our marketing team will review your information and be in touch if we have any questions.

Here is what you can expect moving forward…

1. Building your profile. Our marketing team will start building your property listing and marketing profile. If we have any questions, we will be in touch. This typically takes several weeks, as we will be researching your local area to see how we can best position your property.

2. Photographs. If you submitted your own photographs, we thank you! In the event our marketing team feels we need additional images, we will contact you to coordinate a time to bring out a professional photographer.

3. Creating a buzz about your property. The marketing team will be promoting your property in a variety of ways (i.e. email marketing campaign, industry newsletters, outbound calls and so forth.) Marketing campaigns will be ongoing.

4. Timeline on a potential rental. The turnaround time on potential interest in a property varies and is dependent on multiple factors including; the type of productions being produced (i.e., feature film, independent film, series, commercials, etc.), the genre of the production, filming timelines and so on. It is reasonable to expect it to take anywhere from 12 to 24 months from the point in which a production indicates they are interested in a specific property, to actually going on site to film. In some instances it can happen much quicker.

It is important to keep your expectations in check.

This is not an overnight process…but when we do book a property…it will have been worth the wait!
